Hours: Part-Time // Estimated Hours: 10 – 20 per week (with the likelihood for this to increase over time)


Pay and benefits: $20.00 / Per Hour // Cell phone issuance and mileage reimbursement


Position Overview


Lake of the Ozarks’ Personal Home Management company is hiring! We are seeking a part-time employee to help us better serve the growing number of homeowners we work with. We are looking for an exceptional service-oriented individual who is a self-motivated problem solver with a desire to increase his/her hourly availability. This employee will be conducting routine home watch visits and concierge services, to include property maintenance tasks for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Participate in training necessary to provide all services

  • Conduct home watch visits based on the schedule provided

  • Provide concierge services as necessary, including meeting vendors onsite

  • Communicate with Personal Home Manager regarding the condition of the homeowners' unoccupied home

  • Communicate problems to management

  • Use authorized company tools and systems to perform work as assigned

  • Track job-related mileage and expenses

  • Make purchases and turn in receipts (company card provided)

  • All other assigned duties


Skills and Requirements


  • Exercise confidentiality with all Homeowner information

  • Genuinely care for Homeowners, their family, and property

  • Show a sense of urgency when a home is open to risk

  • Lift up to 50lbs, adequate vision and hearing

  • Able to stand and walk unassisted

  • Think proactively about the needs of the entire household

  • Cannot be afraid to get dirty

  • Always maintain a professional appearance, wearing provided attire.

  • Must have a strong working knowledge of an iPhone, use email and smart phone apps

  • Familiar with home maintenance tasks

  • Follow detailed, multi-step directions

  • Coordinate multiple requests simultaneously

  • Have great written and verbal communication skills

  • Be agile as changes to schedule are warranted

  • Juggle multiple appointments daily and weekly

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Must be comfortable working alone

  • Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions

  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment

  • Highly responsive and reliable with a strong attention to detail

  • Must possess a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle


Bonus Skills and Experience


  • Interest in Home Improvement

  • Hospitality Experience


Work Environment and Physical Demands


  • There is frequent travel between worksites and this person will need their own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

  • Work outside in cold and hot weather

  • Walk steep inclines / declines

  • Work inside homes and outside of homes – including on docks

  • Occasional need to perform light housekeeping and maintenance duties

  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time

  • Reach overhead and below the waist

  • Occasionally push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds

  • Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist without assistance

  • The physical demands described here are an example of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
